A 98 Corolla should have a non-vvti 1zz-fe if it's North American Spec. I think OBX Racing Sports supposedly has a header for the 98. Check out their website and see. I have only personally seen headers on 93-97 Corollas and 03+ Corollas.

They will make one up for you if need be. They seem to be cheaper than getting a new manifold, too (at least here in Australia)
