set of oem fender flares

i have a used set of oem fender flares. i believe they are for the 2001-2004 tacoma. i just found these in my uncles garage. parts are NOT included. i've tried to do as much research as i can on these. i have part numbers. they are factory black, not painted. i'm asking $350 shipped OBO from zip code 25177.
