Hi All, I apologize in advance if this is posted in the wrong section. I finally got around adding foglights to my '03 Matrix base. However, I've ran into issue with the actual install of the foglights.

I bought a set of aftermarket foglights seen below & noticed there is no way to attach them without the use of screws. These aftermarket fogs does not come with screws.

After some research, I noticed some of them comes with 2 small caps on both sides of the foglight housing (circled in red).

My question is, are screws needed to complete the install? If so, what kind of screws? If not, how can I secure them to their perspective spots? Please advise & thank you in advance.

Someone else had the same problem. You need those caps to install the lights. You may be able to rig something up for install, though I think a screw would vibrate. I think you need some sort of sleeve or cap.

Check your local hardware store.

Not available. They come on the lights and are not sold separately.

Dang, the lights on the pair I bought on Amazon are also missing the caps. Off to Crazy Ray's...

I have no problem putting in fog lights there are no screws they are held in by the plastic Clips when you put them in place clips r in the bumper already no screws needed for the Toyota Matrix as far as I know mind have not fell out yet
