it doesnt really say anything on the site as to a release date. what are the stages? bigger kits? any ideas to how much the first kit they are release will add at a safe psi (dont wanna kill my baby)?

as far as it being CARB legal in california.... any luck? if i get pulled over with this kit and they do a visual will i get screwed? i would be using this kit on an everyday car... im a pizza delivery driver.

lol and with the kit, you will be going faster(duh~~) and maybe ur boss will give u a raise for delivering pizzas faster ~
hmm.. i wonder how much their 5sfe turbo kit sell for
Montreal
CARB certification is a long and hard process to get done but if the kits go well enough I could get them certified. The 1mzfe kit should be ready in the next month or two for the Gen3 first and Solara gen4 next. The only thing retarding this kit is test cars and having people who dont go nuts and blow up engine before testing is done :( ..

BTW I am in Montreal and you could ask questions directly on my forums if you want.
What is the price going to be approximately?

2200-2400$ trying to keep it in that range but price will depend on demand and the parts pricing I get..

what do you consider going nuts? i dont wanna blow my engine with a turbo... ill run it at a safe low psi, but if i stomp the pedal at a low psi that isnt 'nuts' is it? what exactly blows the engines of the people who are testing the kit?

My test Solara owner Robert blew up his engine even before I got to install the final kit :( ..Going nuts is redlining every gear and racing civics for no reason :( ..The Worst part is he never called to tell me he blew his engine up when he soaked up 3 gallons of water ..
with an automatic that has set shift points... would that make the turbo safer because redlining would be almost non existant do to the forced shift? if i ran the turbo at a low safe psi on my auto... even if i was giving it all it had (which doesnt go into redline area) would my engine be safe? what would be a safe psi which would still create a moderate amount of hp (and about how much would that gain be) without putting the engine at stake? i will start posting on your message board. thanks for all the info.

i think you can redline using matic.. just shift it to 2 and push the gas all the way :p:
ok thats if you manually shift with an auto which i dont think is all that great for your tranny.... im talking about letting the computer do the work.
