Any light color interior will easily show dirt.Very nice,
how is the interior standing up?
I'm torn between the grey with the light grey interior and the Golden Umber with the ivory. I like the Ivory but it's not available with the grey exterior color.
Any comments on the light gray interior?
Does it get dirty fast?
That would be just too easy.Any light color interior will easily show dirt.
I never did understand why Toyota has different interior colors for the USA and for Canada. In Canada the Aloe Green exterior is only available in Ivory but in the USA you have a choice of Light Grey or Ivory. The same goes for package configuration. Would it not make sense to have the same available interior with the same exterior colors for everybody.
I can see the "Canada Days" when the factory has to install the metric odometer and meet polution requirements. I grey or ivory interior however does not make a difference in which country it is. Just thought it would be easier to standardize colors and packages for everyone. The vehicle is still manufactured in the same plant.IMHO it's probably for assembly efficiency. The factory probably has "Canada days" when their geared up to mass produce a run of similar vehicles. With 10 times the market, the American models can have more variety with a greater chance that there will be someone who likes that particular combination.
How about some pics of the air filter. Here's the Venzanator....so far.

Cutra, the K&N Typhoon is an intake system which I believe Enologuy has installed. I hope to get one installed within a couple weeks. Based on the Dyno, expect 11HP gain as advertised by K&N. They do not post HP figures for their drop-in air filter unfortunately but I did get a noticeable jump in mpg in my Acura.
On a related note, I read an interesting article in Car and Driver this morning.. They took a stock WRX and then added bolt on performance parts and an ECU tune and Dyno'd it each step of the way. Here is the link:
http://www.caranddriver.com/reviews...making_more_power_in_your_subaru_wrx_gear_box
The significant gains really caught my attention as well as the issue they fouund when the Typhoon and Magnaflow were used together... messing up the ECU due to too much air flow. This is a combo I would consider and am wondering if the problem was a result of the WRX being a turbo.
Cheers!
Thanks TechSeller,You can definitely pick this up in your area! The K&N website lists all the Canadian dealers and installers. After some research I settled on a company in Mississauga that will do this for me. The part runs in the $350 range with an hour labour if you get it professionally installed ($60 in my case).
That's pretty sweet looking. Anything done in the inside yet? Here's the Venzanator....so far.
