I had a friend to help install the running boards. It took us around 3-4 hrs. to install we took breaks here and there. And the instructions that came with the running boards was kind of difficult to understand. Luckily my buddy (mechanic) works for Honda dealer. So he has pretty good knowledge installing them. It did take some time to figure out the instructions. There were six spots that you have to drill. Do not believe them when they say no drilling required. There is actually drilling required. There is also six area where you have to cut where the bottom plastic cover is. Good luck. How long did it take to install (if you did them yourself)? No drilling involved, correct?

I agree with you that black would look better for the Pearl. Mine's installed with the classic silver and looks great as well. I don't remember what I paid for it -- it was near-invoice cost.Your running boards look great! I hate to ask you but do you have a close up picture of the boards? How much did you pay? I have the very same color HL as you and I think the black looks the best on that color! Not sure chrome would show up. Any advice on where to purchase would be appreciated.
Thanks
