I installed a Sirius receiver to my Kenwood HU over Christmas and have had a problem ever since. I can't receive any channels over 100. When I search up or down around channel 100 it skips back to channel 001 or channel 084. Do not understand. Everything else works fine. I have not called Kenwood or Sirius yet becasue I know what there answer will be...My antenna is not mounted on the roof, it is on the flat spot between the hood and the windshield.

Has anyone else seen or heard of this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a problem with your Sirius receiver or HU. Call Sirius first.

Do you have a remote for the HU? you can direct access a channel higher than 100 that way... may not be the solution but you can rule out which one is the problem. I have a different Kenwood HU... no issues and also have the kenwood ipod adapter hooked up.

Thanks for the replies.

I am going to try to 'update' the programming if possible.

I have tried to direct access the channels with the remote, no help.

Will call Sirius, then Kenwood.

Thanks,
Mike
