Is there anyone out there that makes some serious skid plates for the bottom of these things? I mean, bumper to bumper 1/4" protection! On my jeep it was very easy to find skid plates for it, and it's just a liberty (it does have the diesel though!!!) I was just wondering if someone makes some real plates for these things.

BudBuilt is in the process of making skids/belly-pan for the 05+ tacos. IDK when they are scheduled to come out, though.

I'm about ready to start making my own if someone doesn't get moving. As soon as the FJ came out all the 05 Taco stuff got put on the back burner. They have everything for the FJ but us Taco guys are still waiting. I really feel for the 4runner guys they've really had a go at it, it's like the off-road world forgot about them, and a lot of them have had to make due.
