I'm looking at a 2001 Solara (Auto w/ 4 cylinder). Has 137,700 miles on it. I'm just curious on the longevity of them? I know Toyota's have a great reputation but I just want to hear from owners first hand. They said they've always used Mobile 1 synthetic oil so that's a good sign. Any thoughts?

As long as the Solara has had its regular maintenance, regardless of oil type, it should be just fine. The only other caveat is how previous owners may have driven it. Having a good mechanic check out the car before buying is a must. :thumbsup:
