Hello everybody,

I've got a question for someone out there with a factory spare in their car still. I found out at the most inopportune time that the spare my 87 Camry came with when I bought it is not the spare that came with the car.

I am searching for a spare to go into the car but having a hard time. I can find 4 spoke easy but the 5 is proving a little more difficult. I have found where I can buy new ones but im not sure what the wheel/tire size was that would have come with the car.

Can anyone tell me the size of the factory 5 spoke spare wheel/tire?

Thanks!

Since 87 thru 91 Camry parts are pretty much the same whether four or six cylinder, it should be 15 inch steel rims like my 1990.

I’m not sure if alloys were available from factory back then vs today’s cars.

This is the perfect time to get something cheap and used. The gen2 Camry has a full-sized spare. It should just match whatever is on your car currently.
