Drive it like a race car

I have asked many, but the things I am hearing don't sound right. I am planning on mostly street and canyon driving. I have been told 7-8Kg in the front and 9Kg in the rear. I believe it should be more for the front, and less for the rear.

I am personally thinking 7Kg/mm in the front and 5.5 Kg/mm in the rear.

I have a 2000 V6 5spd camry. If any one has a good idea what the proper spring rate would be, please help. If you don't know don't post please.

H&R springs for a VR6 Mark IV Jetta which weight just about as much as my camry. It uses 6.1Kg/mm front and 5Kg/mm rear. The weight distribution might be different, buit that is just some extra info that I have. H&R springs are pretty stiff, these specs are for the H&R race springs.

I need help...!
