I can hear this weird squeaky noise where its like something is spinning and hitting something at each rotation. only when the car is idling. I was thinking maybe the problem could be the fan since its plastic maybe its broken its hitting something each time that broken part rotates or something. Any ideas?

Is the sound coming from the engine bay? If the sound is the fan, something might have hit the fan while driving which caused it to break.

could be but another key point is, as soon as i hit the gas pedal even little bit, i can hear to sound going away but yeah the sound is coming like right from the front of the car.
If it's a squeaky noise and the sound goes away after pressing the accelerator pedal, I'd suggest also looking at the serpentine belt area. Your serpentine belt may be squeaking if it needs to be replaced or maybe a pulley has gone bad which could also cause a squeak. My alternator pulley bearing recently went bad so it makes a light squeaking and grinding noise whenever I start my car, or accelerate.

okay so my serpentine belt has been changed, tune up has been done. the noise still exists when the engine warms up after a while but its not constant. it comes and goes. however i noticed that when i accidentally slammed my door and at that point the noise cut off. I'm thinking maybe something is loose. i have bc racing coilovers and as we all know the ride gets bumpier. I'm thinking something is loose...

Make sure the belt is tightened properly. If it's even a tiny bit loose, it'll squeak. How I tightened my serpentine belt is by finding the longest side of the belt between the pulleys and then twisting the middle of it. If it twists more than 90 degrees, it is too loose and if it twists less than 90 degrees, it is too tight. You should be able to twist the belt to only 90 degrees for it to be tightened properly.
