Sounds kinda like you have a rock stuck in your brakes. How long has it been doing it? describe the sound, is it a typical brake squeal like when you first back out of your driveway in the morning?
Squealing Noise in Front End
Does anyone know if you would get a squealing noise if it were time for new brakes? The noise comes when driving, not braking. When I brake the noise actually stops. Any ideas?

That's the sound they usually make when its time for new brakes. How many miles do you have on it?

That is my experience too. Squeals when cruising, squeal stops when you brake. Could be a number of things, but the first thing I would check would be the front brake pads.
Thanks everyone...that's what I thought too, but wanted to see if others agreed.
