OK It's starting to dive me crazy.

At first I just thought it was the clutch pedal spring. Eventually I got some WD40 and sprayed every part of the clutch pedal assembly that I could get at from inside the car right up to where it goes through the fire wall.
No dice. The noise is just getting worse. I looked in the engine bay and the clutch fluid resevoir just goes into the fire wall. I couldn't see any thing to spray in there.
It's gettting pretty anoying. Anyone know what it could be?
How to I get at the clutch master cylinder?
Thanks

Chris

My camry did that, its the actuator rod. You have to remove it and grease it.
okay, would that be the rod at the other end of the pedal that actuates the hydraulic "piston" inside the clutch master cylinder?

How do I get at it? (I'll check my haynes manual tonight)

-thanks
Still have to check my Haynes, but any more suggestions are appreciated.:D
Have your girl pump the clutch pedal with the engine off and spray a shitload of either lithium or silicone lube at anything that moves.
mkay I'll have my girl pump it and I'll spray lube on anything that moves:D

Watch out mofo's!

I expected somthing like that from you ;)
From looking at the haynes manual, it apears I have to remove the lines/de-presurize the system to access the pushrod. is this true? Or can I just pull the boot back to lube it up?
