St184 Auto to manual

Hello

I am able to get a manual gearbox and all running gear for a very cheap price ( yes the gearbox does work and have no problems )

I currently have an automatic gear box and want to put in the manual.

How hard is it to do the conversion?

Does someone know where to find a step by step guide to it?
