I understand how bad you feel!
I think there is a o-ring in the oil pump which could be the leaking source. I don't think you need to drop the oil pan in order to do that, but you do need to redo the timing belt part.
Are you sure it's leaking from under the timing belt cover?
While you are removing/installing the seals for camshaft/crankshaft, have you gauged the shaft part? If you did, that will be the worst part.
