For 91 pickup - 3.0L. I heard it was 2.25", wanted to make sure I ordered the right cat and muffler for my new catback im getting bent up.

nope. 1 7/8" i think. or a bit bigger. i know 22re is 1 7/8

I can't remember, but I think it's either 2" or 2.25".

Well...my stock exhaust is 2.0", from the left exhaust manifold to the muffler. One of the first mods I did was buy a 2.25" Flowmaster muffler and my exhaust guy did an excellent job of welding in the gap.

Looks like its 2" from the cat back.

Bought new 2.25" muffler and cat (and new pipes). Going to get it installed this week :)

Actually, Toyota pipe diameters are metric. So it's not 2" or 2.25"

I have not measured V6 exhaust but it is bigger that a 22RE.

I'd say it is likely that it is closer to 2.125" but that is just an estimate.

I think if I was having a custom exhaust made, I'd be looking to up the size a bit from stock. 2.25" at least, but probably not bigger than 2.5"
