Strange Engine Stalling

1992 Camry V6 Stalls when the nose is pointed in the air. If stopped at a
stop sign pointing up an incline the engine will stall. Especially
noticeable when car had front wheels on ramps for an oil change. Would not
stay running under 2000 rpm. Runs fine otherwise. Any ideas?

seems like this would be related to fuel delivery
I would pull up the rear seat cushion, unbolt the fuel gauge sending
unit, and check for excessive debris - rust - other particles that
could be clogging the fuel pickup
