normally when I start my engine, (either cold or warm), the rpm raise to about 1,100 and then drop back down to the regular idle speed.

BUT, this morning, when i started it, the rpm would raise only to about 400rpm and then stop for a split second then continue to its normal idle speed
associated with this was extremely hard shaking, and the tone of the engine seemed to be different.....it sounded like it was running on 3 cylinders or something

i tried starting it again a few times, it is did this repeatedly.
but when the engine warmed up, it seems to start and run like normal......

any idea about what could be going wrong?

IAC and TB servicing might help.

Other problems might be plugs or fuel system.

i got the car serviced less than a week ago, and i told them to clean the throttle body while they were at it. a few days after that it didnt have this problem, just today so far.....
