I added a topper to my 2007 x-runner for a Christmas trip. i had noticed the gap between the bottom of the bed & the top of the bed was not even turns out it is about a half inch out at the top. well with a topper on the truck it was about a 2 inch gap at the top of the topper. I doubt I could bend the frame & if I did I would think it would be tighter at the top. so are there rubber bushing in between the bed & the frame that I could have worn out?

I sould add I haul 1000 pounds dailly on a bed slider & have 107,000 miles on my x-runner.

My truck bed was higher on one side than the other and they had to straighten it out at the dealership. It takes a good bit to bend a frame, so unless you hit something hard, you may have had the bed crooked and just not noticed it untill now. It can certainly be leveled, but I don't know how much since your warranty is out.
