you have to get a step down, its a little thing that splices into the left and right speakers and converts to an RCA signal. any audio shop will have it. i would recomend a new deck tho

Just get an Eclipse Double DIN NAVI. It literally plugs right in. And it will retain your stearing wheel controls (If equipped).

But if you want to keep your stock then an LOC will be fine. LOC's dont sound as good as an actual pre-amp output, but they are not that bad for sub applications. Just dont go overboard with the bass. If you do, then you will need to amplify your interior speakers as well, and It's the 4 channel LOC's that sound like Doo Doo.

You will need an amp too, unless your old sub is powered. You didn't say whether you had one or not.

How do the factory sound processors work? I was looking at them in the crutchfield catalouge it looks pretty good on paper. Except they cost about as much as a aftermarket radio, but if you like the look of oem it might be worth it.
