I'm installing the rear spoiler that Limited models have, however that would mean I would now have 2 3rd brake light bars. I was wondering how I would go about painting the one in the tailgate black (to look like a black punch out) leaving just the spoiler brake light. Is the lens made up of a different grade plastic or can I use Plastic Paint with good prep-work? Thanks!

No special plastic that won't take paint. Do a 400-600 grit light sanding and follow with a degreaser cleaning, then with a spray paint primer made specifically for plastics. Then spray with your final color, preferably brand and type matched to work with the primer you bought. Shouldn't be any issues!
