I have done a thorough search on this site to find out what recommendations you experienced Camry SE V6 owners have for good summer performance tires. But I can't find very much. Is that because not many of you have had to replace your tires yet?

What do you recommend for a 2007 Camry SE V6? I am looking at 225/45R 18's.

also try the yoko advan neova or continental ContiSportContact3 are really good tires. I use the Neova for autox and they stick like no other.

It depends. What's the width of your rims and does ride quality matter to you?

Ride quality is important so I am guessing that would mean go with the 225's. That's what I was thinking. I would like a little bit more sidewall for a bit smoother/softer ride.

What are the width of your rims?

I haven't bought them yet...but am looking at likely 18 x 8.0 or 8.5

Don't forget, you should also pick tire specs that should be somewhat close to your oem tire diameter.

I'm running 225/45/18 with the Toyos and is very nice ride.

the best size for 18s that i research is 235/45/18 and 225/45/18 like akira's. A friend of mine that has a 2003 altima is running 245/45/18 and it looks good. the reason i suggested is that 235/45 tires are hard to come by while the 245/45 is easier to find and also same goes with 225/45.

I think I have settled on the Toyo Proxes 4. They look pretty good and the reviews I have read of them on tirerack.com and 1010.com have been great. Thanks guys.
