so i just got my tsb done. i was measuring all the fender wells to see if the truck sat evenly and i notice that the truck leans about 1/2 inch lower on the driver side. is this normal for the tacomas?

Whats the reasoning behind this?

I noticed it was the same thing on my old Honda CR-V.

I don't know about the CR-V but I can speak for the Tacomas, the reason for the 'Taco lean' is because all the heavy components such as the battery and the gas tank (w/ 3/4 - full tank) are located on the driver side.

origional design is right hand drive, with the driver on the right side to even the lean...

So would it be bad to raise the driver's side up to level the vehicle out, with Bilstein 5100s say?

Has anyone done this?
