You can do some searching on www.4x4wire.com or on www.pirate4x4.com and you should be able to come up with the materials and requirements to make the swap. How much you looking to spend? You might be better off finding a T-100 that's already been SAS'd...on my 1997 T100 i wat to put a solid axle in it. the IFS sucks and keeps gernading. any ideas:headbang:

I have no idea what front end would fit, but I have seen a few on the on the other forums. But your 4runner axle is probably too narrow. You'll just have to measure. I would do as Bam suggested and go through Pirate 4x4, 4x4 Wire, and yotatech too.Yes it is wheeled but my 87 has never blown a diff. whats blowing on mine is ring and pinion in the front the rear seems bullet proof. I am running 35's 4.10 manual 3.4. It looks like i am probably just going to let somebody else own it because it sucks. unless i can do a SAS.
My only cocnern is what front end would fit. i can handle the rest. i have a solid axle for my 90 4 runner that i am going to install (out of a 84). but i thought maybe somebody might i have done this already.
i was also thinking a dana 44 but i do not know if there are any that have the pumpkin on the right side.
thanks
