Did you check the brake lamp switch mounted at the brake pedal?

It's actually the IG1 No 2 fuse that controls the shift lock. Less likely to be noticed that the IG1 fuse, controls less noticeable stuff.

The 10A Stop is for the brake lights.

The two rear tail lights ground near the rear differential, the high mount near the floor seat cross member Left Hand, so doubt you lost both grounds.

Impacted as in the AC is affected as well. So if those fuses are blown, the AC may not work correctly. ;)

Remove debris from the condenser or evaporator? If you are careful and don't use a lot of spray force. If you do use a lot of spray force, you can easily bend the thin fins and yer AC will not be as efficient. ;)

How much debris has the tree dropped on yer truck? Snap some piccies and post them. ;)

You can never ask too many questions. Hopefully, you can git the answers yer looking fer. ;)

Fuse IG1No 2 is bottom row center of the fuse box above your left knee when driving.

Kneeling next to truck is easiest, but with your concerns I can see problems executing.

The fuses are called ATM low profile according to sources other than me. Might be called low profile mini fuses.

that would be a great ideal if i was able to test the switch being disabled i have to have some else do it and most people will help me replace the but dont have the time to try and trouble shoot the switch we tested the switch and found that it would work some of the time but not all of the time when it worked tail lights worked ad we could shift the truck out of park
