Tapping in to ignition....help

I am adding a secondary battery and placing a relay under the hood, but I need to tap into ignition turn on line, can someone tell where I can do this.

for the gen3 it's a black wire with a yellow stripe but get a testor to make sure

can you give me a specific location, near the fuse box by the battery, steering colum, what?

look around the fuse box and check to see what goes on when the key is turned to "on" and off when it's "off". use a test light and check any wire that is back w/ yellow stripe.
