I doubt you'll make it work. I am still researching this project, we have guy in TCH forums claiming he has it all running hunky dory on W10, but every link he sent me says 32 bit and W XP only.

Go for it then. I already sent one back. I read Toyota forums, link I sent you - and all reviews on those online. Old windows and 32 bit.
