Is this true?

The springs are for the 06 Solara. This is exactly what Eibach is doing with the springs they sell. I researched them all. Sprint is doing the same as well. They fit perfect and the ride is actually really good. Only draw back is it’s still a 4x4. But with 19's, 35's and no kit, that is what you end up with. There is not really anything else out there right now, unless you want Air runner, which I am considering.

Can this be done? 06 Solara springs on a 2007 Camry? I was wondering if these springs were for the 4cyn or the 6cyn? Does anybody know how much of a drop it has? Anyone have more info on this?

yes its true, 160swiftly and I are both running the solara s techs.

There has been numerous threads on Tein actually developing a Camry spring, but I don't think they are out yet. A coilover is also suppose to come out. You can check with them. But they will probably just be the Solara springs.

Check the TRD site and you will see the 06 solara and 07 camry springs have the same part number.

PM if you need more info.

does anyone know if these will fit a gen5 as well?
Dude, Tein makes springs for the Gen 5. But the answer to your question is yes. Solara springs fit the Gen 5. Webb26 has an '04 Camry with Solara Teins.

Hey moky. i know how you're a big fan of coilovers haha. the thing is, i just don't have the funds for one. And as you probably know, I'm impatient as hell. I'll most likely go for the Tein solara springs because it drops it 2.5 inches. Plus I found it for only 180 bucks brand spankn new. Also, I talked to 160swift and formula02, the only two guys who are running these same springs. They've been on stock struts and shocks for 50k and 160swiftly says that theres not even a squeak out of the suspension. Where I live, the roads are very generous to me. So I'm thinking about going Tein springs.

I'm just wondering, when I will stop fixing up my car? Its like those women who are addicted to plastic surgery. I thought they were ridiculous, but now I'm starting to feel for em... :)

id really just save up and wait for the coils. before the coils came out i thought of getting the tein solara springs, sprint springs, pedders, etc among other stuff but i thought to myself that is the extra 200/300 worth spending for another fraction of an inch lower? hell no. plus i knew that i was going to want to go even lower, so why waste money and time? that's why i waited for the coils because at least it gives me the advantage of being able to change the ride height, whether i want to go lower or higher. knowing the style you are wanting to go for and the set up you currently have, i think you are going to want to go lower eventually than what they s-tech solara springs can provide.

but then again, it's still your decision to make. those were just the thoughts i had before changing my suspension setup.

pm me your postal code (zipcode) and i'll see how much i can get you the megan coils.
