throttle spacers

I was wondering if anycompany's made throttle spacers for the 4afe or even for a car? I know they make them for trucks but was not sure for a car. Also If I tried to bore out and polish my throttle body would that do much?

they make them for hondas....they arent hard to make anyway. made a pretty good difference on my truck
