I was hoping someone can help me. I own a 1992 Toyota Hilux. Just recently I replaced inner and outer tie rods, center link, inner and outer wheel bearings and idler arm. now I'm getting a loud ticking noise coming from both the left and right wheel. Any ideas on what it could be. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

ticking or more of a rattling? hitting bumps make it louder? could be wheel bearings

Explain what you are doing to make the noise happen.

Not really doing anything but driving normally. Its a ticking noise thats constant and doesn't get worst with bumps.

Try checking the front brake shoes, calipers and rotors for anything unusual. Especially check to see if a shoe is loose in the caliper causing it to slap around on the rotor as its turning. From what your saying it only does it when parts are in motion, like brake components and wheel bearings. Check brakes first before wheel bearings.
