Tint question..

Do tints get darker over time? I remember reading a while back somewhere that over time as your car sits in the sun the tints will actually darken. Is there any truth to this? I thought they just peeled and turned purple over time.

They turn purple or greenish depending on the tint and may eventually buble and peel.

stay the same, crappy tints fade and turn that purple color
