That's a little high for this area. Tint application with a lifetime warranty tends to run around $200-250 in VA. With removal of old tint... ehhh I suppose that's an okay deal.

WOW 300 ??? RIP OFF

Hell give me the 300 and I will wash and clean your car

Take off the tints yourself with a razor blade and nail remover product to cut out the cost of taking off the tints

Be careful with the razor blade and do NOT use a blade on the rear window. Well that is, if you don't need the rear defroster. A simple label remover, a big plastic bag, and a spray bottle is all you really need.

Wrap the window in a big dark garbage bag, spray the label remover on it, then close the opening and let that saturate for a while. It will soften it up, and there are plastic razor blades you can use to peel it off. Hope this helps.

I paid $140 for 15% tint all around. Highly reputable installer came to my house and tinted the car in my garage within an hour. Good quality tint plus lifetime warranty

I think most people don't know what good quality tint really is. The tint guy in our car club uses excellent quality tint & we still pay him $180 for jobs that he normally charges $250-$275. Most people don't realize how cheaper tint will change color even a little bit over time until you compare it to quality tint. Higher quality tint WILL cost more & you do get what you pay for. Most everyone offers a lifetime warranty as they know they will rarely have anyone come back to them. Either the car will be sold or they will change the company name or something else will change.

There's a local place here with 2 shops that does great work, and my dad just had his passat tinted by them with llumar tint with a lifetime warranty for 180 for 5 windows. I wouldn't pay 300 even if it was a tint job with a happy ending.

i had my jeep liberty tinted at zeibart in bedford for about $225. i had them quote my camaro (just three windows mind you) and they wanted $250 because of how domed the back window is shaped. i think they are a bit on the pricey side, but they do great work and the tint holds up without any color change or fade.

i know from a previous car, if you remove the old tint yourself, then you dont have to pay them extra to remove it (obviously). i was charged about an extra $100 to remove the old tint before applying new.
