I have 92 extended cab 4x4 deluxe (V6) and the manual & vin tag has P225/75R/15 for my tire size. (Currently have LT235/75/15 tire on standard OEM steel rim) My vin tag for gear(A/TM) has "G284" which I believe it's a 4.300 gear ratio (8" gear, 4 pinion open diff) from a chart I saw online.

My question is if it's OK to have 31x10.5x15?
Will I have any loss in power, gas mileage and/or any other problem?
And, will I have any problem fitting the wheel/rim taken off from a 86 Toyota?
Comments appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Thank you for reassuring me that the 31x10.5Rx15 is not a problem for my truck and glad I won't lose power or gas mileage. I'm hoping my search is correct on this gear ratio? My door tag(w/VIN) has "A/TM G284" and I believe it's 4.3 gear..? I'm considering getting these wheels from an older '86 4x4, so will I have any problem fitting it on my 92 4x4 V6 deluxe? (I had some issues in the past changing wheel/tires with a different year/model with brakes or something obstructing wheel to spin..) Just trying to avoid a long drive & commitment to get these wheels/tire in case it doesn't fit... Advice appreciated, thank you.

You will still notice a difference in power and MPGs with the 31s over the 235s, even with the gears. It will just be better than having 4:10 or or 3:90.
Those wheels should work.
