I'm looking at the 15" SSR Type-C wheels (black 1-pc forged @ $299/wheel) and the recommended tire size is 195/55/15.

What if I wanted to fit 205/55/15 or 205/50/15 tires? What disadvantages am I looking at with that tire size?

We use the 195 55 mainly becuase it is closer to the overall diameter of the factory tire. The 205 55 is slightly taller and 50 slightly shorter than factory. There shouldn't be any major disadvantage...main concern would be clearance. Give me a call or send me a PM to discuss in further detail.

Kyle,
I have an 07 Camry LE I4 with 245-35-20 tires. What is the torque wrench setting for my car? Thanks...

It's difficult to say since the car is lowered. We usually stay with an overall diameter of 23.5 while the 205 55 will be slightly taller at 23.9. Give me a call to discuss availabity of wheels/tires and changes compared to current tires. Thanks 800 428 8355 ext 663
