Tires scraping wheel well.

The jerk who owned my truck before me decided to get custom rims and tires. Wonderfully, the guy didn't think ahead, and now whenever I hit a bump with a load in the back, the sides of the rear tires rub the wheel well. I can see where they're scraping, and it looks like it's just slightly on the screws holding the plastic cover thing on, but it's annoying as all hell.
I was thinking of just buying sock rims, but considered raising the body (I'm sure I'd fuck up that procedure though)

ANYWAYS, wondering if anyone has an tips on what I should do. Thanks!

many things u can do....
if ur on a budget get a bodylift or
ball joint spacers up front, shackle or add a leaf in the rear
just simply crank your torsions a bit, shackle or add a leaf in the rear

not on a budget
4in lift kit
SAS it...

way more than jack it up and install...
lengthen ur steering, lengthen your shifters,
if you dont know what your doing id suggest u take it in
and have a shop install it rather than mess things up...

if i were you i would try add a rear shackle its like wat 50 bucks or so?
and crank your t-bar a bit...gonna make your ride more bouncy but it may stop the rubbing
but its going to be a lot eaiser and cheaper if you do it this way....
