SOLVED ! Not what you would think
 Hello again everyone and thanks Dr J and other suggestions but I FOUND THE ISSUE after reading an older post of Dr. J recommending to Stethiscope around to locate sound...
as noises travel around in the enginnee compartment in weird ways:ugh3:
Thought it was coming from the top end but after taking a long screw driver and placing it around different parts of the engine ( CAREFUL ...Moving Parts ):naughty: and putting the other end up to my ear ...
I found it coming from the FRONT of the engine... Hmmmm after putting alll NEW W Pump, Seals, O Pump and Bearings I f
igured I got a bad part sent to me and didn't check it before install???
So I proceeded to pull down the front of the engine again and took DR. J's advise on taking off one part at a time and...then starting the engine..(as long as you dont run it too long without water) and see if the noise goes away.
Well step one was to drain the coolant ( Please contain it as this stuff kills many animals a year cause they are attracted to pans left under cars over night and it is sweet yummy drink but gived the worse end over )
I then pulled off the Alt / AC belt and started the engine WAAA LAAAA......NO NOISE
Good thing I didnt take the remaining parts off as it would have been a waste of time.
I was the AC COMPRESSOR
it has no noise but as soon as I put a belt tension on it was amazingly Loud and obvious.
Swapped out the Compressor and drove it home ...Nice And Quiet!
