Top windshield trim removal?

They're one time use clips in there. The manual says to cut them, there may be a way of not having to do that, but I'm not aware of any method. I had my front windshield replaced at an auto glass shop and watched them do it. The shops have access to kits for each specific vehicle to reinstall the trim pieces.

The manual is online sometimes until it's forced to be taken down....gotta search for it. You can download from pay sites for cheap also or ebay on a CD.
I don't know how guys work on their cars without the factory manuals. I have them for each vehicle I own, paperback and digital format. I guess the forums would be little used if everyone used them though.

Anyone have a source for the Joint (curved pieces) and upper moulding? Having a hard time finding these parts online.
