One of our cars was similarly damaged and successfully repaired by replacement of a door and pillar, so it's possible. You might have the body checked for distortion prior to starting repairs as straightening would add additional expense and sometimes the outcome isn't satisfactory, straightening can work okay but I've have seen a few cars with odd handling and abnormal tire wear even after bodies were restored to "proper" measurements.
