Dog leg is done. Need to pull the wheel to see if any suspension was compromised in the crash.

The reason it will be totalled, labor hours to fix. When my corolla xrs got side swiped a couple of years ago, I opted not to repair. B post and dog leg compromised.

Wasn’t confident that even with a $10k repair, it would be the same.

The most important thing is you’re not injured.

No airbags. I was only going about 20 mph and a Toyota tundra left his stop sign and got me. Front number also got ripped off. Insurance is taking forever. Already had a rebuilt title
Yeah it’ll be totalled for sure since it’s branded.

should I expect a reasonable amount from his insurance company? Used car sales are crazy right now. If totaled, hopefully they can cover the cost for similar vehicle. Or should I expect them to low ball me? Repairs were done by reputable and licensed Corolla dealer before I purchased it
It isn’t about how repair was done previously, more about the cost to repair based on current labor costs.

I got high retail value for my car. You may get less since it’s already branded. Don’t own any branded title vehicles so I wouldn’t know how the payout will go.

2nd branding? Fixing or total loss?

Who’s the insurance company? Looks like they’re using CAPA parts. The bid looks very low. I typically get 3 estimates from reputable body shops.

Insurance companies bid so low so they can pay less.
