tough to crank windows in winter, how to fix?

Hey, I can barely move my windows (old fashioned cranks) when it gets below 40 degrees. Michigan is cold now so how can I fix this one? 87 PU still going strong..Thanks Pberg.

WD-39 on the side tracks....

Yeap. WD-40 works for my '84 with the same problem. Although it dosn't get as cold here in Ca.
