So apprently I blew my engine, there was an oil leak and i burned it up. Is it legal (smog laws) so put a newer v6 4.0 engine in it? It's a 1990, and I would like more power since I HAVE to swap engines....

Ehh, I just turned 18 not too long ago, and I don't know much about cars or the smog laws. This is my first car, too.If you mean a newer as in 3.4, no.
Cali laws are very strict, I suggest you talk a CARB rep.
