Cold Start Idle Fix for the 1FZ-FE
Most likely related to ISC valve (idle speed control), either defective, or most likely just needs to be tweaked. Go to lcool.org, in the 80 series technical section. There is a write-up complete with high-res pics that will show you what to do.
