2021 Toyota Camry SE

I bought my 2021 Camry SE in June of 2021. I have had 8 services done at that same dealership and they have always updated on the Toyota app within a week or so.. I last had service (winter tires and an oil change) on October 28, 22 and it hasn't registered. I called the dealer several times and they have said they did all they were supposed to. Any ideas on what I could do to fix this issue? Adding a service manually doesn't work. Gives me an error code.
