I got a 2010 model fairly used Toyota Corolla and I later found out that the wire harness connector that controls gear shifting automatic door locking and unlocking has been removed from the car driver's side kick panel, possibly by the first user of the car. I guess the connector was cut from two blue wires and two orange wires wires that are hanging separately by electrical tape. See the attached pictures.

Gurus in this forum, where can I get this wire harness connector as I want to enable this feature in my car.

I guess the part number of this connector is 90980-11794 after browsing through the electric wiring diagram of 2010 model Toyota Corolla. Also, real picture of this harness connector will be appreciated from Toyota Corolla users.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Check out my kick panel/cowl where this connector was removed from the attached pics.

Look close at the socket for any markings of the manufacturer. It looks like a TE connector or could be a Denso.

Look on mouser or digikey for the plug.

Or, look at a breaker with the pins still inserted.

75aces, thanx for ur reply. The socket has this code written on it 5452 AR1. But I guess most of the accessories on my car is manufactured by denso.

Idon't know why Toyota never made their wiring harness connectors readily available in the market.

Please house, i still need more clue on how to get this connector.

Please, anyone with 2010-2014 Toyota Corolla should help get the picture of this connector, part number and manufacturer for me. Much appreciation

If im not mistaken...what you are looking for is the male portion, and its a 7 pin. This clips into the grey female portion thats right now in your car....correct?
Ztaki, you understood exactly what I need. It's the fucking female dude. The male dude in my car is feeling wow already, can't wait for the female dude to be plugged in! LOL

If you can take the picture of the female connector in your car and post it here. I'll really appreciate it. Better still, if you have any idea on how I can get this female wire harness, I'll be glad. Thankz

Go to that website and in the Quick Order at top enter 90980-11974. Then youll arrive at a page and youll want to just click the blue wording that says (90980) HOUSING,CONNEC then go about half way down the item list....then there it will be.

Ztaki, I saw the part number on the website but the picture of the connector is not displayed there. Is it ok to go ahead and purchase from this seller?

Toyota does not sell the connectors or pins. They will sell you the entire harness.

As for your connector, have you tried putting the information you found on the mating connector into Google? When I would research electrical parts, I check Google and find the mating connector that way.

Both digikey and mouser are the world's largest suppliers of electrical components.

The breaker is a place where they sell parts from crashed or recovered vehicles. They sell the parts that was not damaged.

Hope you find what you are looking for.
