is it true now that Canadian toyota dealer ar selling their new cars base on MSRP price and with no room for bargaining? so if i walk in to a dealer then should just pay what they ask for the echo???

i heard that they have their price all listed incl tax. so what u see is what you pay. .. it sounds like no more fun at the dealer.
