Does anyone have an idea how much time it takes Toyota to send you the financial documents in the mail once you buy the car like your TFS account info, how much your payment is, where & how you can pay etc etc etc??? My first payment isn't due until Sept on the brighter side :)

Same question regarding the Extended Warranty paperwork - Should I be expecting any paperwork from Toyota in the mail regarding this?

I bought my car almost a month ago and still haven't received any documents in the mail:confused:

Thanks

When we took delivery we provided a void cheque so the monthly payment is taken from our bank account automatically.

We received the extended warranty paperwork within three weeks.

We borrowed the cash for the Corolla and Highlander (rather than pay cash for them) only because Toyota offered 0% financing, so I'd rather keep the money in my savings and collect interest (although it ain't shit)...so our payments were simple to figure. Amount borrowed divided by 36.

If you borrowed money at a certain percentage click here http://www.bankrate.com/calculators/auto/auto-loan-calculator.aspx. Just enter amount borrowed, interest rate and it will give you your monthly payment.

We got our paperwork about 3-4 weeks after purchasing our Toytoas. WE also pay via auto cheque. Just sign a document with your account number and they automatically withdraw it each month. OTherwise you'll probably have to mail the check to them.

When you get your statement it should list your amount due, due date, number of payments made, total balance, etc....

As for extended warranty paperwork, we got it in a few weeks and I guess it depends on where you get it. We received a little card that listed the purchase date, purchase mileage then expiration date and mileage of warranty and then listed the coverage code. I just keep it in the car with my insurance and reg as it has all the account information I need right on it.

I wouldn't lose sleep over not getting paperwork from TFS. I did mine on the 2007 Sienna because of the 0% interest and just a week before it is due I got my invoice in the mail. I created an account and pay online. If not, you can call Toyota and ask them where to send the check or have them do an auto draft from your bank. Believe me they will be glad to hear from you :D
