After reading the above article a little more, it points to TN. But since I only read info for 1990 vehicles, I didn't see it.

Remote start keyfob WORKS after remote connect...

Remote start keyfob WORKS after remote connect subscription was canceled. You read it right. App no longer works and allows me to start/unlock/lock, etc.... But I can remote start the car using the lock lock, long lock button press.
