where do i look on my tranny to get the model # ?
it is still in the car.
1991 camry le w/ 3sfe
auto w/ electronic shift

You can look it up online. Search "1991 Camry Transmission" on goodle. I looked in wikipedia for you and they had all the codes. The 1991 camry had a A140e. I don't know where you would look on the tranny itself but i would think it would be in plain view if you had the hood open. Makes me wonder about mine.

look @ the badge above the brake booster it'll say you'r tranny model.. the gen2 came with the A140E ( electronic control) or A140L (mech control) i also think the gen3 also came with the A140E
