I was thinking of installing a trans cooler because I use the truck for plowing. Is it as simple a tie wraping a transcooler to the existing rad, running the stock line to the inlet of the cooler, running a line from the outlet of the cooler to the inlet of the stock cooler in the rad? Do the lines & cooler need to bled or will the air work its way through. I figure I'll have to add a little fluid as well. Also I find getting accuate trans fluid level reading a pain. Does anyone know where the trans fluid should read on the dipstick after the truck has sat for a night with out starting it?
